If the received product has a manufacturing defect, We will offer a refund or replacement. You’ll need to provide proof, such as an unboxing video or images of the defective product.
Case II: We does not offer exchanges. If a customer wants to exchange a product, they must place a new order. To return the original product, use the "Create Reverse" option in our panel. This will automatically arrange for the return from the customer’s location to our warehouse.

Customer Returns
Even after several quality checks, it is possible that the customer receives a damaged product due to manual or mishandled by couriers.
To claim misprinted, damaged, or defective items, you must submit your request within 7 days of delivery. For replacements and refunds, please send us unboxing videos and pictures of the defective product, along with images of the original packaging. All claims for replacements must be submitted within 7 days of delivery; after that, you will be responsible for reprinting charges
If your customer would like to exchange or return a product due to a wrong size being ordered or without any defects would be handled at your expense by placing a new order.
For items lost in transit, we will issue a refund once the shipping status marks the item as lost.
